Fair Practices Code & Dignified Member Treatment: Every Rinsetu member has the right to be treated with dignity and courtesy. Field agents and branch staff are strictly bound by the Fair Practices Code: aggressive language, public humiliation, calling before 8:00 AM or after 7:00 PM, or contacting third parties without authorization is strictly prohibited.

02

The Immediate Receipt Mandate: Whether paying daily installments in cash or via authorized digital payment channels, you are entitled to an immediate verified receipt or authenticated passbook signature on the spot. Never give cash to any representative who claims 'the receipt will be given next week'.

03

Managing Business Emergencies Proactively: If seasonal flooding, shop relocation, market fire, or family illness disrupts your cash flow, contact your branch coordinator immediately. Do not avoid contact. Early, honest communication allows the branch to guide you on approved restructuring options and avoids adverse credit bureau (CIBIL/Equifax) reporting.

04

Three-Tier Grievance Redressal Pathway: Level 1: Your local Rinsetu Branch Manager (Chapra, Bhubaneswar, or Kolkata). Level 2: Head Office Grievance Officer via official email at [email protected] or postal letter to 2WS1, Mani Casadona, Newtown, Kolkata 700161. Level 3: Regulatory escalation to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Ombudsman.

05

Zero Middlemen & No Bribes: Rinsetu does not authorize any middlemen, brokers, or local fixers. Never pay 'commission', 'speed money', or cash fees to anyone claiming they can arrange a loan sanction. All official fees are deducted transparently and stated in the KFS.
